Frequently Asked Questions

Question: I'm having problems purchasing. Is there a way to resolve this?

Answer: You can try Clicking here and selecting the 'Updater for Windows'. Sometimes folder permissions are not allowing files to be copied to the correct folder. This updater will reset the permissions on the necessary folders.

Question: I can't seem to uninstall properly.

Answer: This has recently been brought to my attention with some versions of Saint Paint Studio, on some people's PCs. If you have this problem, instead of using the Uninstall option in the Saint Paint menu available from the Windows 'Start' button menu, simply use the 'Add/Remove Programs' option in the 'Control Panel', found by pressing the Windows 'Start' button (and then selecting 'Settings' in some versions of Windows).

Question: Is the purchase a one time fee or are there other fees involved?

Answer: Once you have purchased Saint Paint Studio, you won't have to spend another penny. Even if you lose your serial numbers, it will usually be possible to resupply them on request, at no extra cost.

Question: If I buy the full version of Saint Paint Studio, can I send it to a friend?

Answer: I'm afraid not. When you buy Saint Paint Studio, you are registering it for use by yourself only. If you want to give it as a gift (Saint Paint Studio makes a good birthday or Chrismas present!) that's fine, but you will not then be able to use it yourself, unless you purchase it for yourself. I hope this doesn't sound unreasonable, but a lot of time and money have gone into making Saint Paint Studio, and allowing people the right to give it to friends or collegues at will would be very unwise.
